NOVEMBER 2014 - JANUARY 2015
Working with the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts, Open Data Nation curated a Civic Challenge competition and workshop for civic administrators and technologists using open, public traffic crash data. This Challenge helped the City know where are unsafe intersections for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians, whether investments in public safety are working, and crowdsourced local solutions. In addition, Challenge participants spoke to the Cambridge City Council in support of open data legislation.
